International Society of Hypertension †Free Samples to Students

Question: Discuss about the International Society of Hypertension. Answer: Introduction: There is a drive for the every human to be a character with great value and have invested a good form of appreciation from the external environment. We do not actually experience values we tend to create it by ourselves or the society creates it. Civilization is not the product of the survival and reproduction instincts, but they are actually the drive to create the values. The specific forms of values that we all tend to create are obviously very personal and they genuinely tend to fail all the broader categories of the core values. The values includes the appreciation of the work of others, love, attachments, sense of living in a community and the notion of spirituality. However, in my profession it is very important to have the respect towards others and serve people. As I am in the industry of food and beverages, I try to make people happy with my services. I do not believe in any violence as I feel through good food and a good wine are best weapon to solve any big issues of life. I know that I am in a business of food and beverages and here I need to respect the entire sustainable source and the operations that are based on trust. I need to follow all the codes of conduct for the should we able to adhere to all the values and principles for the principles that are based o the code of conduct of the organization. As I am in the food business the quality of our food is the key. I should never be able to apologetic for the quality of the food I make. I should be answerable to everybody for my food quality. My clients will know me only if I am able to serve them quality food. Someday I wish to open my own restaurant where I can best quality food and beverages. For that, I need a good team who will work with me toward achieving my dream. My core team members should be passionately be involved in the work that helps others (Campbell et al., 2014). They should always value teamwork, and they should be always willing to pitch in or stay late if someone is behind on an important deadline. This has led to a culture of trust, friendliness, and mutual respect within the team (Campbell et al., 2014). The core values arise due to the urgency that is showcased in the industry. This is mainly done for the aspirations and the goal for the benefits in the future. However, it has been seen often that the executives performs mistakes in the understanding of the other kind of values than the core form of the values (Hurst, 2016). The core values are those values that concerns with the companys guide and their actions. The aspiration value concerns with those kind of values that are needed for the success of my business. Lastly, the accidental values are somewhat accidental and they can help me to cultivate leadership (Altobelli et al., 2013). I want to ambitious, but I am not ruthless. I will follow my ethics and codes of conduct. I never cheat my morals. My group members will work as a team and they will not cheat on each other. They will have respect towards each other they will have the proper discipline in their work. We all have our individual workplace values. Moreover, you cannot always make sure that every person's values will be perfectly aligned; but at least you can try to hire people who fit. Therefore, in a nutshell, this is who I am, what I believe and what I intend to do in the future.
